Aroi Bierzo Plaza Hotel, renovated in summer 2009, is located in the heart of the old town of Ponferrada in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Occupying three noble mansions, the first of them originating in the seventeenth century, has been carefully restored and fitted out to provide a warm and charming space within the old city part.

The Hotel is perfectly located for both business travel and leisure, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city, such as the Castle of the Templars (XII), the Radio Museum, Museo del Bierzo , Basilica de la Encina, etc. ..

Ponferrada is also the last city on the Camino de Santiago before entering Galicia.
