The Hotel "La Posada" has a fine cuisine of which can be enjoyed in the restaurant "El Meson" offering traditional food of the region, always using the best local produce. The kitchen leads Nati Palacín offers tasty dishes such as chickpea stew, roast or lamb casserole, garlic soup, made with typical Castrojeriz garlic, black pudding from Burgos and rice with milk.
If you ask for what we can "prepare" roast lamb casserole as they did in the old kitchens of straw, over low heat.
All dishes are made with natural ingredients and cooked slowly, step by step, as was done in the house of the grandparents.
